- 500 Grams of rohu fish
- 2 Tablespoon mustard oil
- 2 Tablespoon mustard paste
- 2 Tablespoon lemon juice 2 Green chilies (chopped)
- 6-8 Pods of garlic
1- Peel and crush the garlic.
2- Steam the fish in water for about 10 minutes or until cooked.
3- Drain out the water. Then, Remove the skin and discard all the bones till you have just the fish without the bones.
4- Mash the cooked fish and add salt and mix well then Keep aside.
5- Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic and the mustard paste.
6- Lower the flame and fry for one minute.
7- Add this to the mashed fish.
8- Also mix in the chopped green chilies and the lemon juice.
9- Serve with white basmati rice.
