In Gitmo prison lies more than just the harsh reality of bad treatment of prisoners and the unwavering determination of American guards to avenge the 9/11.

Underneath this callous shell lies a soft one where guards and prisoners actually connect in a humane way as weird as that might sound in a place like Guantanamo.

They connect on a personal level where they share stories and talk about politics, religion and even music. That’s when Army specialist, Terry Holdbrooks, made new friendship with a Moroccan prisoner who was called "the general".
